The company has performed initial testing on a preliminary prototype and is seeking funding to engineer a commercial prototype for testing. Successful business execution of Ag-Defense Systems will allow follow-on-products to be produced for other markets.
Subsequently, an umbrella corporation will be formed, Defense Diagnostics, with subsidiary companies (Ag-Defense Systems, Med-Defense Systems, Vet-Defense Systems, and Bio-Defense Systems) that market our technology to these specific industries.
